Ordering Questions & Answers

  1. Can I purchase a print in person?
My limited edition pictures are only offered exclusively here on www.stlousipictures.com. A couple of years ago you were able to purchase in person in the St. Louis area at Poster Gallery next to Macy*s in Westfield West County Mall, however they have since closed.
  2. Can I order online with my VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Discover card without having a PayPal account?
Yes. StLouisPictures.com™ uses PayPal for credit card processing only; you do not have to register with PayPal to place an order, however, you are given the option at the end of your transaction to signup. If you would like to know of other ordering options please contact me.
  3. When I click on "add to cart" button(s) I'm redirected to PayPal's homepage instead of the PayPal shopping cart for StLouisPictures.com™. Why?
You may be using Netscape 8 or Mozilla. Paypal does not function correctly when using the Netscape Mozilla browser. If you are using Netscape 8 or Mozilla make sure you are viewing StLouisPictures.com™ as you would in Internet Explorer.

Miscellaneous Questions & Answers

  1. What is the difference between the Watercolor stock and Luster Finish mounted on Foam Board?
If you are you curious what the Watercolor stock or Luster Finish mounted on Foam Board looks and feels like request a free swatch and I will mail you a swatch from a random picture.
  2. Where are the Canvas editions?
The limited edition Canvas editions have been discontinued. If you have one they are very rare, as only a handful have been sold to the public.
  3. What comes with my order?
You will receive your autographed picture on the media that you ordered (Watercolor stock or Luster Finish mounted on Foam Board). The Watercolor stock comes with a seperate certificate of authenticity, while the Luster Finish mounted on Foam Board comes with a certificate of authenticity mounted to the back of the Foam Board.
  4. Why are the pictures not framed?
Framing adds to the weight of shipping and can be damaged in the process. For example, glass and wood can both break in the shipping process. You can go to your local retail store or online store preference and purchase a matte which will fit into a 16” x 20” frame and will accommodate and/or display an 11” x14” image/photo. You can also have your picture custom framed from a vendor near you.

Luster Finish mounted on Foam Board prints come with an easle on the back for quick display.

If you're in the St. Louis area I recommend Poster Gallery next to Macy*s in Westfield West County Mall for all of your framing needs.
  5. Will a copyright statement be visible on the picture that I order?
No. The copyright statement that is shown across the pictures within the gallery will not be on your picture. The statement is there only on the Web version however the picture is still copyright protected by Gregory S. Schuessler.
  6. What will I see on the picture?
You will see the image, text "Limited Edition Picture by Gregory S. Schuessler" in the bottom left, title of the picture in the center, and a hand-signed autograph along with the hand-signed edition number by Gregory S. Schuessler in the lower right corner below the image. Some versions have a small StLouisPictures.com™ logo, however this has been replaced with text saying "Limtied Edition Pictures by Gregory S. Schuessler". If you order a "Silver Series" you will see that text displayed below the title.
